The Book Mobile is a library on wheels.  All books can be checked out for a total of 3 weeks, except best sellers which only circulate for a week.  The Book Mobile Stop for Ben Avon is the Ben Avon Municipal Building every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. -- 11:00 a.m.  It is closed on holidays.

• Books and materials may be requested by calling 412-921-2521, Monday through Friday 8am-4pm or online through the Catalog at www.einetwork.net/ein/bookmobile.

• You can manage your library account or request books on-line, too. Simply go to www.aclabookmobile.org and click on "My Account" at the top of the page. If you don't have a library card, you can sign up for one online, too! Learn more about requesting books for the Book Mobile.

• Need a library card?  You can register for a card at any stop, just bring along some identification showing your current address. Your card can then be used in every library in Allegheny County that is a member of the Allegheny County Library Association.

• Returning Materials: All circulating items may be returned to every library in Allegheny County

• Want to keep something a little longer? Renew items online, or by calling the Mobile Library Services at 412-921-2521, or the renewal center at 412-622-1896. (Items on reserve can not be renewed).  You can also renew your books at www.einetwork.net/ein.

  Funding for the ACLA Mobile Library Services: Targeted services and programs provided by the ACLA Mobile Library Services for seniors and children are supported by the 1% sales tax from the Allegheny Regional Asset District.

  All general stops are funded by local municipal support.
